In the center of the center of Rotterdam, a beautiful complex is rising. Fundex works here with two machines, the F3500 and the F4800. Together they make 300 of the 500 piles for this project; the piles go 20 to 25 meters deep into the Rotterdam soil.

Amsterdam ACE

Fundex at work in the heart of Amsterdam with the all-electric drill F4800 E, for the ACE project. ACE will be the new livable city district in Amsterdam, district Nieuw-West.

Fundex is drilling steel foundation piles for high-rise buildings. The are placed in two parts the first part is 27 meeter deep and then a part of 30 meters is placed on top and is drilled to 61 meters min. As often with this type of foundation project, the challenge is in working in a small space.
