Last Thursday, Nov. 16, KIVI's Geotechnical Department organized its biennial Geotechnical Day at De Flint theater in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

On this day, KIVI (The Royal Institute of Engineers) showed what role Geotechnical Engineering can play in major societal transitions such as climate change, circular building and the energy transition.

Fundex introduced on this well-attended day, its new SUPRA-pile. The SUPRA-pile is characterized by rigidity, strength and durability. Besides the fact that also this foundation pile can be installed vibration-free and low noise, the pile also offers other economic advantages such as the reduction on concrete and reinforcement. Furthermore, the SUPRA-pile offers high resistance to lateral forces and is suitable for application at large head moments.
