pile dimensions:
Standard dimensions are: 

A grout sleeve with the same diameter as the drill bit will be installed in the sand layers.

pile length:

Up to approximately 35 to 40 meters. The pile always driven to ground level. This determines the pile length from the pile tip level to ground level.

Procedure:

• A steel guide pipe, fitted with a detachable drill bit, is placed at ground level;
• The pipe is driven to the desired depth by applying axial pressure and torque while injecting grout;
• Once the desired pile tip elevation is reached, the reinforcement is suspended inside the pipe;
• The pipe is filled with concrete;
• The pipe is pulled in an oscillating motion, with the drill bit remaining in place;
• The pile now been manufactured;
• The rig be moved to the next pile location.

Advantages:

• Vibration-free and 100% soil displacement (no soil relaxation or cone resistance decline)
• No risk of damage to adjacent properties during pile construction;
• A high load capacity is permissible;
• Ideal for use as a compression or tension post;
• For installation in very heavy soil conditions;
• No noise pollution, such as from pile driving or vibration.
• The only noise is the motor of the drill;
• No soil discharge. Soil is pushed out to the side.

Reinforcement:

The piles fitted with prefabricated reinforcement cages. For quality reasons, the piles are reinforced piles their entire length.

Concrete:

The piles cast in situ using concrete delivered directly from the plant. All strength classes can be used for this purpose.

Soil mechanical bearing capacity:

The load-bearing capacity is calculated in accordance with current NEN and CUR standards.
The following factors can be applied:

β = 1.0 αt = 0.009
s = 1.0

Applicable foundation:
Fundex piles grout injection are well-suited for use in heavy soil layers. If you have any doubts regarding feasibility, please feel free to contact us.

Teeth alignment:
Up to 4:1 forward and 2:1 backward.

Workspace:
Sufficient headroom and space pile required for the installation of the Fundex pile .

Adjacent structures:
The piles be installed at a distance of approximately 0.9 m perpendicular to the adjacent structure. For internal corners, this distance is naturally greater.

Executable rigs:
Fundex F12SE, F15, F16, F3500, and F4800.

rigs dimensions:
Depending on rig type. Most common: installation site approx. 7 x 12 m. rig height rig 40 m. Assembled weight variable from approx. 63 to 210 tons.
