We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Fundex is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that we alone determine which personal data is processed, for what purpose, and in what manner. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed properly and carefully in accordance with the GDPR. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we process and for what purposes it is used.

Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
By agreeing to this privacy statement, you explicitly consent, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes listed below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide certain data to us or do not allow us to process it, we may not be able to serve you properly.
If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn this consent, the processing of your personal data is subject to the legal bases set forth in Article 6(1)(b), (c), and/or (f) of the GDPR. The processing of your personal data may take place without your consent if this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are or will be a party, or if it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Fundex. Google Search Console is a website operated by the American company Google. This website collects anonymous data on how people search using the Google search engine. We use this website to make our website easier to find. We use Google Search Console in the manner prescribed by the Dutch Data Protection Authority in order to qualify for the exception under the Cookie Act, which means we do not need your prior consent to use Google Search Console.
View, correct, or delete

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice. For any costs associated with such a request, please refer to our data processing agreement.

You can send a request to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@fundex.nl
. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. For any costs associated with such a request, please refer to our data processing agreement.
We would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
