SEG23 Delft
Fundex attended the SEG23 symposium in Delft during the week of October 3–5.
SEG stands for Symposium on Energy Geotechnics. The energy transition is in full swing, and the subsurface can play a critical role in this. For example, in the extraction or storage of energy using new methods, and in the infrastructure for foundations that will enable this in the future.
Fundex has over 70 years of experience in the field of foundations both domestically and internationally. Fundex’s technology has proven its worth, and the company’s new Energy Piles have already been used in various projects in the Netherlands, such as the Green Village project in Delft and Project Beaufort in Breskens.
The former glue factory on Rotterdamseweg in Delft provided the perfect setting for this conference over the past few days. Leading speakers from the Netherlands and abroad, along with the many conference attendees, facilitated knowledge exchange in this field. The Fundex booth was therefore well attended, and there was a great deal of interest in Fundex’s Energy Piles and foundation techniques.
