Specifications

pile dimensions:
In principle, all external pipe diameters are applicable. The most common pipe diameters are: ø273, ø324, ø356, ø406, ø456, ø508, ø556, ø610, ø711. The size of the base plate is usually 40 to 50 mm larger than the selected pipe diameter.

pile length:
Up to approximately 35 to 40 meters. The pile driven to ground level. This determines the pile length from the pile tip level to ground level.

Reinforcement:
The piles fitted with prefabricated reinforcement cages. For quality reasons, they are preferably reinforced along their entire length.

Concrete:
The piles cast on site using concrete delivered directly from the plant. All strength classes can be used for this purpose.

Soil mechanical bearing capacity:
NL: The bearing capacity is calculated in accordance with current EC, NEN, and CUR standards. 
B: The bearing capacity is calculated in accordance with current EC, NBN, and CUR standards.

Procedure:

• A steel support pipe, fitted with a base plate, is placed at ground level;
• The pipe is driven into the ground by means of pile driving on the top of the pipe;
• Once the desired pile tip elevation has been reached, the reinforcement is lowered into the tube after verifying that the tube is dry and free of soil;
• The pipe is filled with concrete mortar;
• The pipe is pulled using a vibrating block or (ring) vibrator;
• The pile now been manufactured;
• The rig be moved to the next pile location

Advantages:

• Well-suited for use in uneven soil conditions. If the top of the soil layer has not yet been reached, further driving may be necessary.
• Quick process;
• A high load capacity is permissible;
• Ideal for use as a compression or tension post;
• High degree of concrete compaction achieved through vibrating pulling;
• No soil removal. Soil is pushed aside;
• No significant disruption caused by the delivery of materials;
• Suitable for use at low temperatures;

Suitable soil conditions:
Vibrex piles be used in virtually all soil conditions. If dealing with very soft layers, it is possible to opt for a system that involves installing a permanent casing, such as a precast concrete element or a permanent steel pipe.

Squat positions:
Up to 4:1 forward and 2:1 backward.

Workspace:
Sufficient headroom and space pile required for the installation of the Vibrex pile .

Adjacent structures:
The piles be installed at a distance of approximately 0.9 m perpendicular to the adjacent structure. At recessed corners, this distance is naturally greater.

Executable rigs:
Fundex F12S, F12SE, F15, F16, F2800, F3500.

rigs dimensions:
Depending on rig type. Most common: installation site approx. 7 x 12 m. rig height rig 35 m.
Assembled weight varies from approximately 50 to 120 tons.
