Victoriatoren Eindhoven: Fundex is helping to build the future – quietly, solidly, and circularly

370 homes, 6 commercial units, 270 vibration-free piles 100 fewer trucks: foundation work with a vision.

The 92-meter-high Victoria Tower is being built on Emmasingel, directly opposite the Philips Stadium. Fundex has been commissioned by Stam + De Koning Bouw (VolkerWessels) to supply the foundations for this leading residential project, which will comprise 370 rental properties and six commercial spaces. Completion is scheduled for 2027. The project marks not only an architectural milestone, but also a significant step forward in sustainable and circular construction practices.

DEEP FOUNDATION: VIBRATION-FREE FOUNDATION
Fundex is installing 270piles displacementpiles, driven vibration-free using two F3500 machines. This technique is ideal for urban settings: minimal disruption, maximum stability.

COLLABORATION AT ITS STRONGEST

The work on the Victoria Tower is being carried out on behalf of Stam + De Koning Bouw (part of VolkerWessels), with Fundex as the foundation specialist. The collaboration with Winmix, which installed a CSM wall in advance, also underlines the integrated nature of this project. Its strength lies in the combination of technical precision, open communication, and shared ambitions.

CIRCULAR ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE: 100 LESS TRUCKS
During the foundation work, grout spoil is released: a mixture of cement, water, and soil. Normally, this is disposed of as waste. Not here. Thanks to a mobile separation installation from Methorst, the raw materials are recovered on site and immediately reused on the construction site.
