Fundex Material Service
Fundex Material Service (FMD).
- Fundex Equipment Service - responsible for the Fundex machinery fleet - is equipped with a modern fleet, including 4 Fundex Equipment F3500 machines equipped with (partly) Stage V low-emission engines.
- The entire machinery runs on GTL (gas to liquid) fuel, reducing local emissions of particulate matter, nitrogen and sulfur oxides.
- Where electrification is possible, it will be done. For example, all grout injection pumps (now diesel powered), will be replaced with electric units.
- Each machine is equipped with a data recording system. With this, all drilling parameters are recorded for each pile and then sent to the office. Here the data is further processed, analyzed and presented to the customer in graph form.
- The engineering department at FMD provides improvement/renewal of the current machines and also (further) development of machine and drilling techniques.
- Finally, FMD has an experienced technical service department, consisting of mechanics and welder/welder/welders, which can provide support, where necessary, and can turn out immediately in the event of an emergency. Several fully equipped service/welding vans are available for this purpose.
